This gives me a chance to think about what you require before coming back to you in detail. It is often very difficult for me to take calls during the day as I am usually piping, making intricate models or my mixer is going. Without my diary in front of me it is also difficult for me to check availability.

My emails are checked regularly so if your request is urgent, rest assured that I will see it. I will always respond within a 48 hour time period, usually sooner. If, however, you have not heard from me it may be that your message did not arrive, or that my response to you has ended up in your junk folder.

This should include: Date of your event, number of servings required, preferred flavour (see FAQ page), number of tiers if applicable and any other detail you are able to provide.
