Floral cupcake piping classes are a new and exciting addition for 2026, and they’re already proving to be a lovely, creative and enjoyable experience.
Classes are held at my home in Mill Hill in small, relaxed groups of up to four people. I’ll also be offering private tuition later in the year, either one-to-one or for two people, for a more personalised experience.
During the class, I’ll guide you step-by-step through everything you need to create your own floral cupcakes. You’ll learn how to make buttercream suitable for piping, how to achieve the right consistency, and how to use piping bags and nozzles with confidence. We’ll cover a range of techniques including creating delicate flowers, leaves, berries and adding simple finishing touches to bring everything together.
All buttercream and cupcakes are prepared in advance so you can focus on the decorating, and all equipment is provided. You’ll also take home printed recipes, instructions and details of the piping nozzles used, so you can continue practising at home.
The classes are suitable for complete beginners, and you may be surprised at just how much you can achieve. You’ll leave with a beautiful box of cupcakes, along with the confidence to keep experimenting.
If you have something specific in mind, or already have some experience, you’re very welcome to get in touch, I’m always happy to tailor a class to suit you.
Classes typically last between 2–3 hours, depending on the session chosen. Tea, coffee and cold drinks are provided.
